TRAINING AND GUIDANCE

Through their specialised Guidance Services, the EHLABE associate entities offer people with disabilities a process of continuous accompaniment and preparation throughout the whole of their social and labour pathway.

In addition, the acquisition and development of the social and labour skills needed to improve employability and access to work, are promoted through the entities’ Training Services.

These employability services are offered in collaboration with Lanbide - Public Employment Service, and cofinanced by the European Social Fund as part of their 2014-2020 CAPV Operational Programme. It offers a personal, tutored plan for job searching.
